Our Commitment
Candy Paradise Bonanza developed by PROMENADE STORES LTD TECH ("we," "our," or "us") makes the Candy Paradise Bonanza mobile application (the "App") and runs the companion website at paradise0032.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy is our promise to be straightforward with you about what the App and Website collect, why, and what control you have over it. We try to keep the data we touch to the minimum the App actually needs to work, and to be honest about everything else.
Information we do collect is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS), kept on access-restricted systems, and protected with the kind of safeguards reasonable for the type of data involved. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. By using the App or the Website, you're agreeing to what's described below.
How the App Works With Your Data
The App is, at heart, a quiet, mostly-offline candy idea book — your discovered candies, custom notes, optional photos, daily spins, mix-flavor results, cascade reveals, favorites, and streak progress live only on your device and are never uploaded to us or shared with anyone. Around that local core, a small number of identifiers and device-level details are collected so the App can run, attribute its installs to the right place, and (if you opt in) deliver notifications. Here's the full list:
| What | Why | Stays on device only |
|---|---|---|
| An anonymous identifier generated by the App on first launch | To distinguish your install from others without identifying you personally | No — sent with attribution events |
| Your device's language and region setting | To show the App in the right language and to send notifications in the right language | No — used for notification language tagging |
| Your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) | To attribute the install to the campaign you arrived from and to detect duplicate installs | No — shared with our attribution partner |
| Install attribution data (where the install came from, campaign name, install referrer) | To understand which marketing channels people discover the App through | No — shared with our attribution partner |
| A push notification subscription identifier and device push token | To deliver notifications you've opted into. Only generated if push permission is granted. | No — held by the notification provider |
| Standard device telemetry (model, OS version, app version, carrier, timezone, country derived from IP) | Collected by our attribution and notification providers as part of their standard registration; used for compatibility, fraud prevention, and notification targeting | No — held by the respective providers |
| Your discovered candies, custom notes, optional photos, daily spins, mix-flavor results, cascade history, favorites, and streak progress | To run the App's daily candy ritual | Yes — never leaves your device |
| Your privacy acceptance status | So we don't ask again on every launch | Yes — never leaves your device |
Built-in Browser
The App includes a small built-in browser used to show the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly inside the App, without sending you out to a separate browser. The built-in browser doesn't collect anything beyond what's already listed above, but like any browser it supports cookies (including third-party cookies), local storage, and database storage on behalf of the websites loaded inside it. Those websites operate under their own privacy practices. You can clear the App's cookies and local storage by clearing the App's data in your device settings.
Daily Reminders
If you turn on the daily reminder in Settings, the App schedules a local notification at the time you choose. Local notifications are delivered by your device and don't send any data off the device. Push notifications (if enabled) are delivered through our notification provider — the only thing we use them for is to send you the App's own messages, never anyone else's.
Photos in Custom Candy Versions
When you choose to attach a photo to your saved version of a candy idea, the App opens your device's photo picker so you can pick an existing image, or your device's camera app so you can take a new one. The selected or captured image is copied into the App's private folder on your device. We don't have access to your photo library and we don't transmit your photos to our servers. The camera capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app — the App doesn't open the camera directly, so it doesn't request a camera permission.
Support and Bug Reports
If you reach the Support page from inside the App or visit the Contact page on the Website, you can send us a message. When you submit one, you can provide:
- Your name and email address
- A description of your question or the issue you ran into
- An optional file attachment — a screenshot, image, document, or short text/log file. You can pick an existing file through your device's file picker, or take a fresh photo or video using your device's camera app.
This information is sent to us only when you actually tap Send. We use it solely to reply to you and fix what you reported.
Working With Partners
To do attribution, deliver notifications, and distribute the App, we share specific data with a short list of third parties. Each one operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
| Partner | What we share with them | Their privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| AppsFlyer (mobile install attribution) | Advertising identifier, anonymous app identifier, install referrer, attribution events. AppsFlyer also collects standard device data (IP address, device model, OS version, etc.) as part of its SDK. | appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy |
| OneSignal (push notifications) | A subscription identifier, your device's push token, your device's language tag, timezone, device model, OS version, app version, carrier, and country derived from IP. Generated only if you grant notification permission. | onesignal.com/privacy_policy |
| Google Play / Google Play Services (distribution and the device's advertising identifier) | Standard Play Store and Play Services interactions. The advertising identifier is managed and reset by Google Play Services. | policies.google.com/privacy |
We do not use this data to build a personal profile of you, deliver targeted advertising inside the App, or sell anything to data brokers.
Your Data, Your Call
Most of the App's data lives on your device, so the most powerful controls are also right there.
| What you can do | How |
|---|---|
| Delete every discovered candy, photo, custom note, favorite, and streak record the App has stored | Open Settings → Delete All Data in the App, or uninstall the App |
| Reset the anonymous identifier the App created on first launch | Clear the App's data in your device settings, or uninstall and reinstall the App |
| Reset or limit your advertising identifier | Android: Settings → Google → Ads, then "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID" |
| Stop receiving push notifications | Turn off the daily reminder in the App's Settings, or revoke notification permission for the App in your device settings |
| Clear cookies and local storage set inside the built-in browser | Clear the App's data in your device settings |
| Access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you | Write to us at the contact details below — we'll handle the request within a reasonable time |
Retention. Local-only data (your discovered candies, photos, etc.) stays until you delete it or uninstall. Identifiers shared with our attribution and notification partners are retained according to their own policies — typically tied to the lifetime of your installation, with attribution-side records kept no longer than 24 months on our side. Cookies stored by the built-in browser follow the standard expiration rules set by the website that created them.
International transfers. Our partners may store and process data outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
Additional Information
Children's Privacy
The App isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the App and we hold information that should be removed, please get in touch and we'll take care of it.
No Real Money
This is a brand-promotion idea book. There is no real money, no in-app purchase, no chips, no payouts, and no wagers. The bonanza wheel, mix-flavors reels, and sugar-rush cascade are candy-discovery utilities — purely a fun way to surface ideas from the catalog.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If a change is material, we'll surface it through the App or the Website.
