These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Candy Paradise Bonanza developed by PROMENADE STORES LTD TECH ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Candy Paradise Bonanza mobile application (the "App") and the website at paradise0032.com (the "Website"). By installing, accessing, or using the App or Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any of its content.
- Use the App or Website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
- Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
The App's source code, design, hand-drawn candy illustrations, the curated catalog of forty candy ideas, the recipe text, the decoration tips, and the visual identity are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your custom candy notes, photos, and saved versions are your content. You grant us no licence to them — they live only on your device.
4. No Real Money & Educational Purpose
The App is a brand-promotion idea book provided for entertainment and inspiration. The bonanza wheel, mix-flavors reels, and sugar-rush cascade are candy-discovery utilities — there is no real money, no in-app purchase, no chips, no payouts, and no wagers. Nothing in the App constitutes a gambling product, a financial product, or any form of paid game of chance.
The candy recipes and decoration tips are presented for general inspiration. Always check ingredient labels for allergies, follow safe food-handling practices, and supervise children around hot sugar and small candy pieces.
5. Updates
We may release updates to the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve stability, add features, or comply with platform requirements. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services for install attribution, optional notifications, and platform distribution. Use of those services is governed by their own terms, which you can review on each provider's website. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Website if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, the licence in Section 1 ends immediately.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the App or here on the Website. Continued use of the App or Website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
